In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ck455", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to ck455 and the online betting and casino platform operated at ck455.io, including all products, services, interfaces, and systems accessible via the website and any associated mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a ck455 account or who accesses any part of the ck455 platform, whether logged in or not.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered in your name on the ck455 platform, through which you may deposit funds, place bets, access games, and withdraw winnings.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you into your ck455 account using a supported payment method, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to your account by ck455 under a specific promotion. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements and is governed by individual promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Balance funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by ck455 before any withdrawal is processed and at any time ck455 deems necessary to fulfil its anti-money laundering and compliance obligations.

Access to and use of the ck455 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account relationship with ck455.

By completing the ck455 registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration;
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party;
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended ck455 account under any name or identity;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update this information promptly if it changes;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, immediate family member of an employee, or technical service provider of ck455.

ck455 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without liability to the applicant. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform, which remains subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ck455 platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices and payment methods, is strictly prohibited. ck455 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication method linked to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck455 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify ck455 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ck455 will never contact you by email, telephone, or chat requesting your password, one-time passcode, or full payment card details. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ck455 immediately.
• Account names and registered email addresses cannot be changed after registration. If you have entered incorrect information, please contact support to discuss the appropriate verification and correction process.
• ck455 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that has been inactive (defined as no login activity and no active pending bets) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure, ck455 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the registered email address to provide an opportunity to reactivate the account.

Players who wish to close their ck455 account permanently may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after KYC confirmation, less any applicable processing fees clearly disclosed at the time of closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ck455 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck455 does not perform currency conversions and does not charge currency exchange fees. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your Real Money Balance.

Deposits: The following minimum deposit amounts apply per transaction by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction
• Visa, Mastercard: minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect, depending on your card issuer's processing time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction: ৳500,000. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple instalments at ck455's discretion.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your ck455 account identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to do so when submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 2 hours of approval, 7 days a week including public holidays.
• Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard are processed within 24 hours of approval on business days.

ck455 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees, over which ck455 has no control. ck455 recommends checking your payment provider's published fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and multi-bet products available on the ck455 platform. Game-specific rules for casino products are set out separately in Section 6.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered valid and binding once you have received a written confirmation message from the ck455 platform that explicitly states the bet reference number, selection, odds, stake, and potential return. No bet is valid unless confirmed in this manner.
• Odds: All odds displayed on the ck455 platform are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market. ck455 offers decimal odds as the default format.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake for any single bet is ৳100. The minimum stake for multi-bet accumulators is also ৳100 across the full slip.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout on any single bet or multi-bet accumulator is ৳5,000,000 (five million Bangladeshi Taka) per bet settlement event, regardless of the calculated return at the confirmed odds. ck455 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits for specific events or markets with prior notice published on the platform.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void by ck455 in the event of a match abandonment, a data feed error that resulted in incorrect odds being published, or where a bet was placed on an event that did not proceed as described. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to your Real Money Balance in full.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, ck455 reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time without notice, including during the period in which a player is attempting to place a bet. Bets accepted during a suspended market period will be voided and the stake returned.
• Multi-bet rules: Multi-bet accumulators require a minimum of 2 selections. Each selection within a multi-bet is treated as an independent bet for the purposes of odds calculation. If one selection within a multi-bet is declared void, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand. If all selections are void, the full stake is returned.

ck455 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This right may be exercised in relation to specific players, specific markets, or specific events, and does not affect the validity of any previously confirmed bets held by the affected account.

All casino games available on the ck455 platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and arcade games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are maintained as separate balances within your account. Real Money Balance is used first for bets unless you specifically select to use Bonus Balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, gifted to another player, or used in conjunction with another bonus unless the promotion terms expressly permit this.
• ck455 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including offers that are currently active, where it has reason to believe that the offer is being abused or that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Players who have applied for or activated a self-exclusion period under the Responsible Gaming programme are not eligible for any promotional offer during the self-exclusion period.

• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any ck455 system, database, or account other than your own registered account through any means, including hacking, credential stuffing, or social engineering.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck455 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
